Do You Follow?
Yourself? The god of this world?

If you want to give up on Paul and
follow Demas, here are some helpful ways, but you had better be really
thankful that Christ did what He did and Paul taught what he taught so
that you can follow Demas without any fear - even though it is still an
escape from the truth and Paul's manner of life! |

trust and faith in and on the Risen Saviour through Paul's teachings?

Again, if Paul were to come and visit
us - would he be in doubt of us with what he saw us doing? Are we
serious and sincere Christians - or do we see God's grace not as strength
against the world but as a ticket back to the worldly way of life? |

Paul's
Manner of Life Today - Possible? Practical? Permissible?
Before we tackle an 'issue' that I believe
to be a huge one - one that is very corruptible to us all - one that we
all participate in - one that many participate in way too much - one that
I believe literally destroys our children - one that prepares everyone
for the tribulation, etc., let's look at whether or the solution to fix
that issue is even possible these days - is it even practical - and if
so, is it even permissible today? I 'think' the video is ok. |

Moving
Images Today
This is the 'issue' that I warned about
in the morning sermon - Moving Images. Is this just another video/dvd bashing
sermon? Not, not at all. More and more Christians are bragging
about the movies they are watching - and to know what those movies contain,
is it no wonder the 'lost world' doesn't believe the 'Christian' today
who is just as worldly as anyone else in and from the world. Just
how dangerous are the movies today? Let's do a 'study' on images
and then look at the big picture of movies today - whether they be at the
theater or in the home - let me say this: They are destroying your
testimony, but most of all, they are destroying your children!

'Hear'
Then, 'Read' Today
This is a simple word study on the word
hear. During pre-1611 back to Paul's day, folks had to hear to hear
the word of God. Today, they hear by reading the KJB. (as requested,

is 'Precious' to Paul and Then to Us Today?
There are many things that are precious.
With precious meaning costly & high value, not cute and cuddly, learn
what is precious throughout the entire Bible. However, Paul mentions
only one thing that is precious to him - do you know what that is?
That is what should be precious to us then, today, as Paul is our only
apostle that we are to follow - again, only through that KJB! |

of Jeremiah For Us Today

1-4
Even though we know Jeremiah's words
were not directed to us, there is such a similarity to what the ministry
should be today! We can learn a lot today from Jeremiah. We
look at the words Jeremiah spoke concerning his ministry of telling God's
people that they were rejecting God's words - the very same ministry we
have today. We can let Jeremiah encourage us today, if we are willing
to magnify God's words above everything, etc.
We can learn from Jeremiah as we
continue to try to learn how to follow the Risen Saviour through Paul as
our 'only' apostle! |

We look closely
through chapter 5
to see more of what Jeremiah talked about. We can also grow in our
appreciation of God's grace and longsuffering when we see that the consequences
of not heeding Jeremiah's words in his time. Thankfully, we do not
have to fear those same consequences if you have the Risen Saviour according
to Paul. If not, then you can easily see what the Tribulation will
be like by reading through Jeremiah! |

Today, are we
following the same pattern as did the Jews in the OT? It sure seems
like it - listen to Jeremiah and see if his preaching to the Jews is pretty
much the same message we have to the Gentiles today - with the exception
of today's' gospel of God's goodness and longsuffering and grace taking
the place of God's wrath - until the Tribulation, anyway! Note:

We continue with
the words that Jeremiah spoke concerning God's people who continued to
ignore and reject the voice of the LORD. There are a couple of great
verses here that should 'help' us in these times today.
