If we have a difficult time with Paul, what about our kids for their future?

(I pray that this sermon be effectual in spite of it being one of my worst ones presented.  The interruptions today were of huge numbers, etc. - I do appreciate you that homeschool - it is very time consuming and burden challenging!)

You folks have come a long ways... but I still see the struggle and we know there are struggles - we have friends - we have family - we have children!  We want them to understand rightly dividing.

We don't want them to get caught up in the direction things are going... do we?

Slow Down and Do What Matters Most

Trust and Faith

• How?
• What does that mean?  To take a step, make a decision (even a life changing one) based on pleasing God by following HIS rightly divided promises of a KJB.  To let HIM work in your life / lives based on that Book rightly divided.  Galatians 2:20,21 - is it still of interest to us these days?

• complete with its ongoing perversion development WITHOUT the Scriptures for the final authority!
• Will we purge out that stuff?

• only supposedly more successful than the Jews had it, because we now have education to show us how to do it right this time!
• will our kids still grow up and hate Jesus as did the Jews with their 'gospel' as presented by Christ Himself?

• habits
• addictions
• relatives / family members to deal with
• work situations
• self - our life past and present...

Confusion was put on us!

• Was covered up by bible educated spirituality, image of being a Christian, success and guilt!
• Will we clear up that confusion for the sake of our kids?

• God wouldn't ... but preachers said He would still get us if...
• A foundation that we made hard for us to build on - I Corinthians 3.  Did we even build on it?
• Religion was our foundation!
• Real world is rough - Christians can ignore it - or jump in with it!

• they still attempt to put the hammer down your own leadership based on the Book and the willingness to learn from RD.
• you suddenly must answers that match theirs?

• Ephesians 4:11+ was seldom fulfilled!

• Can't do tough love?
• Can we even do right love properly?
• Are they just our gods?
• We know of disasters today of teens and young folks!
• We do want to love them, train them, protect them - don't we?

• poor reading skills and low comprehension?
• not know how to study the Bible?
• no time available - or won't take the time, etc.?
• can folks even get out of the snare - can you help them?

• freedoms disappearing - freedom to live for God!
• deception of gain is growing
• wrong upbringing
• enemy is subtle
• not united in the home front anyway
• signs of tribulation more and more
• apostasy is rampant
• famine is closer
• perversions are growing daily / hourly - can't be stopped!
• ungodliness grows - Romans 1 more than since Noah!

But it is more than that, folks!

• It isn't about US anyway!
• Jews - us because of them / joint heirs / His glory / to please Him! (we couldn't before!)
• Not for us to gain power as a Christian!  See Paul's prayers!

• like Walmart lowers its prices yet the prices all over are still higher.  Gas is down, but it is much higher than last year. etc.

• Sit and wait for inheritance?
• Sit around and wait for someone to show you more bible stuff?
• Open that Book and see what God has for you and your family - from you!

• but your kids?

• II Timothy 2:22-26 continues where we left it Sunday when it comes to purging to be used of God - meet for the master's use!

Can't just snuggle and 'love' them! (yes, at first, but still, we can't keep snuggling and hugging)
Can't just protect them ourselves! (yes, at first, but still, train them to be strong with RD)

Happy but not glorying God - the truth - a true testimony to the Book, for what it is - that which is perfect!
