Do we need Help in our 'walk' so we can have joy of that good and holy walk?
    - Great Commission and Tribulation, etc.

or

Do we need help to help with our faith - so we will have that joy because of a solid stand on faith!
    - Our 'walk' will be a result of the joy of our stand by faith!
II Corinthians 1:24 - Not for that we have dominion over your faith, but are helpers of your joy: for by faith ye stand.
    - true joy - not meaning 'fun' - entertainment - flesh / lasciviousness, (Galatians 5:19; Ephesians 4:19; Jude 1:4 - coming closer and closer) etc.

Of course - we need help!
Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
Genesis 2:18  (but not another 'partner')

We sure don't need to consider:
Hebrews 13:7
Hebrews 13:17
fearing Hebrews 12:5-8
(parents tend to quickly claim vs 9,10)
(we don't have to fear verses 13-17)

Yes, the Lord is our helper - Hebrews 13:6
He will be their helper in the Tribulation as well as he was in the gospels and Psalms...
but don't forget Matthew 15:21-28

How does He Help Today?
(the way of God more perfectly! Acts 18:24-26
 a more excellent way! -  I Corinthians 12:31

So, let's look at our Joy Helpers
(not to the lords - the domioneers - the rulers, etc.
First question: First Helper!
II Corinthians 1:1-12
Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timothy our brother, unto the church of God which is at Corinth, with all the saints which are in all Achaia:  Grace be to you and peace from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.  Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;  Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.  For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.  And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation.  And our hope of you is stedfast, knowing, that as ye are partakers of the sufferings, so shall ye be also of the consolation.  For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life:  But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead:  Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us;  Ye also helping together by prayer for us, that for the gift bestowed upon us by the means of many persons thanks may be given by many on our behalf.  For our rejoicing is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in simplicity and godly sincerity, not with fleshly wisdom, but by the grace of God, we have had our conversation in the world, and more abundantly to you-ward.

Second Helper!
Romans 8:23-26
And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.  For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?  But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.  Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but with groanings which cannot be uttered.  And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.  And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Let's finish tonight with this:
