What Would Paul Find ?

We all know that the Scripture that asks the question: Sure, Christ caused division... So then... Is it his purpose today to cause division? How Can Their Still Be Division Today?
So, as long as that question in Luke 18 is not to us,
allow me the liberty to ask this question...
...hypothetically, of course...

If Paul were to come back, what would he find?

One of the biggest complaints I hear about Paul's teachings is that his teachings cause division!

It just goes on & on - as we try to learn through a rightly divided King James Bible - and following the Risen Saviour through Paul just causes commotion and division - right down to the ones you truly care about! Division from Paul?

So, if Paul Were to Come Back, What Would He Find?
Not Good - Not Pleasing to God - Not Excellent
Pleasing to God - Excellent - Approved of God
Find you a member of a Center or at a gathering?  of a meeting?  of a fellowship?  of a chapel  - a 'group' that is based on Peter's teachings and the teachings of the Gospel Jesus? (even a compromise of them both?) Or will he find you a member of a CHURCH - be it in a building or at home but all based on Paul's own teachings of the Risen Saviour given to him by the Risen Saviour Himself!
Contention
  • claiming Jude 4 to contend with people.
  • Rebuking the lost - angry discussions - verbal wars - picking arguments - striving!
  • pride - only by pride cometh contention
Confident men
  • They have grown - they have taken leadership - they are reading and guiding their family and church properly.
  • They have confidence in their Book!
Corruption
  • music is flesh
  • modern bibles
  • church boards
  • run by women
Chaste women
  • modest - quiet - shamefaced, etc. knowing their proper place and roll in the family and church - and thanking God for it.
Correction of God's words
  • all of the bibles other than KJB along with hymn books - and various books from the religious bookstore and internet that folks buy as they "try" to get people interested in the bible.
Considering
  • Considering what Paul has told them to consider!
  • Galatians 6:1 - Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.
  • II Timothy 2:7 - Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things.
Contradiction
  • what they are taught (if)
  • What they see in others who say one thing and do another.
  • What they hear from the pulpit
  • What they read (if they read the KJB).
Calm
  • Peace - rest - not worry, etc. as a result of trust and comfort from the Scriptures, etc.
  • Colossians 3:15 - And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.
  • 1Thessalonians 5:13 -And to esteem them very highly in love for their work's sake. And be at peace among yourselves.
  • I Timothy 2:2,3 - For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
  • Philippians 4:9 - Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
Accursed Gospel
  • If not Paul's teachings - gospel, etc. that person is accursed, etc. and is a false gospel.
  • Jewish gospel & teachings
  • Not "all" the testimony of the Lord
    • II Timothy 1:8
  • 10,000 instructors but nobody that cares - hirelings
    • I Corinthians 4:15 - For though ye have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.
  • blind leading the blind
  • prophecy
  • more and more people are following personalities instead of KJB preachings.
Convincingness
  • Not the word conviction - but the word God uses is convince from the preaching and studying/reading, etc. because it coming from a rightly divided KJB.
  • Acts 18:28 - For he mightily convinced the Jews, and that publickly, shewing by the scriptures that Jesus was Christ.
  • I Corinthians 14:24 - But if all prophesy, and there come in one that believeth not, or one unlearned, he is convinced of all, he is judged of all:
  • Titus 1:9 - Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.
Controversy
  • perversions coming into the church - some folks see it, some don't!
  • Some folks are KJB and some are not.
  • Some like the new music and some don't.
  • Some like to dress casual and immodest, others don't!
  • etc.
Clothes
  • No skin - no 'near the line' attire.
  • At all times - even within the home, etc.

Childishness
  • Adults acting like little kids as well as being blown about by every wind of doctrine.
  • Ephesians 4:14
  • I Corinthians 13:11
Comfort - of the Scriptures
  • The comfort coming from trusting the KJB rightly divided as the very words from the mouth of God. That is trust!
  • Romans 15:4 - For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.
Camp

  • I Corinthians 1:12,13 - Now this I say, that every one of you saith, I am of Paul; and I of Apollos; and I of Cephas; and I of Christ. Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul?
Comforting - to others
  • If comfort is from the preacher and friends, it still is involving the Scriptures in some manner - or as described by the Scriptures.
  • Having been through the 'situation' yourself, you can help others find that same comfort from the Scriptures, too.
  • II Corinthians 1:3b,4,5 the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God. For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.
Carcasses
  • Dead bodies - not growing - stagnating - not involved - not wanting to fight for the truth.  Just coming to church 'because' etc.
  • Romans 13:11 - And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.
Concern
  • As Paul was, you yourself are also concerned about others.
  • You know the terror of the Lord - you are aware of what folks are heading into.
  • You are aware of the deception going on, etc. and you are concerned about it for your own kids - family and friends, etc.
  • You have tears and not always for yourself!

The entire King James Bible is written FOR us, but it is not all written TO us!
We learn from the "For" and we learn to apply the 'TO!"
