Other than the lost people, there are four different kinds of Christian
lives a pastor deals with if he so chooses to personally get involved in
lives of his church members - and he ought to, by the way. a)
Imitation Christian Life, b) Crucified Life, c) Risen Life
and d) His Life. Which life are you living now?
I hope to perk your interest in the need to investigate the music that
your children listen to, whether it be at your home, in their room or even
in their sunday school / teen program. This is only an introduction
but I try to warn you about the seriousness of the dangers of the music
in your children's videos and bible study programs.
Introduction - the purpose of the local church is to feed the flock - Ephesians
4:11-16 and then for a pastor to actually get involved
with the lives of church families and preach to them about being delivered
FROM and then TO where God would have them go. But, most Christians
today are willing to be delivered from Hell but not from much anything
else - and especially they are not willing to be delivered TO where God
would have them be delivered TO. If only folks would be able to consider
where it is God would have us be delivered TO, they would be thrilled at
the understanding that would follow! THRILLED!
We lead folks "to" Christ and we try to get them to
live "for" Christ - but how many actually learn to live "WITH"
Christ? Yes, Christian, that is possible - another result of being
delivered from AND to!
This another blessing from learning to rightly dividing
the word of truth correctly. What a thing, eh! If you would
seek to learn to live WITH Christ, you will finally have
something that other folks will notice and want! God is showing us
this in Touchet Baptist Church - what a marvelous thing!
Today we are looking more specifically as to what specific warnings from
the Scriptures do we have towards what is happening in our children's music
and videos. These music "sermons" from this week are all leading
up to Friday's 'attempt' at showing some of the musical specifics within
the music itself.

shortened versions of my music presentations. This would be a good overall
