How
To Understand the King James 1611 Bible
This is a series of sermons for folks who think the King James Bible
is confusing, contradictory and archaic.
The KJB is not only the easiest bible to read, it is the easiest to
understand.
The KJB is God's Holy Scriptures and is the ONLY Holy Scripture!
Here is how it can be so simply understood:

-
Fools without excuse
-
Romans 1:18-23 - For
the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness
of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Because that which may be
known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. For
the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly
seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power
and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Because that, when they knew
God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain
in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing
themselves to be wise, they became fools, And changed the glory of the
uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds,
and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
-
None that doeth good
-
Romans 3:10-12 - As
it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: There is none that
understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. They are all gone
out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that
doeth good, no, not one.
-
In the flesh
-
Romans 8:5-8 -
For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but
they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally
minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because
the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law
of God, neither indeed can be. So then they that are in the flesh cannot
please God.
-
Ephesians 2:1-3 -
And
you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; Wherein in
time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to
the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the
children of disobedience: Among whom also we all had our conversation in
times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh
and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
-
Ephesians 2:11-12 -
Wherefore
remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called
Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made
by hands; That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the
commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having
no hope, and without God in the world:
-
See Colossians 2:11-16
for spiritual cirumcision from the flesh!
-
Through their fall, not our rise
-
Romans 11:11-12
- I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but
rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke
them to jealousy. Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and
the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their
fulness?
-
13-14 - For I
speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I
magnify mine office: If by any means I may provoke to emulation them which
are my flesh, and might save some of them.
-
25 - For I would
not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should
be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel,
until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
-
Vanity of their mind
-
Ephesians 4:17-22 -
This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk
not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind, Having the understanding
darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that
is in them, because of the blindness of their heart: Who being past feeling
have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness
with greediness. But ye have not so learned Christ; If so be that ye have
heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus: That
ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt
according to the deceitful lusts;
-
Darkness
-
Ephesians 5:8 -
For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk
as children of light:
-
Sin revived - is it the fault of the law?
-
Romans 7:7-14 - What
shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin,
but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou
shalt not covet. But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in
me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead. For I
was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived,
and I died. And the commandment, which was ordained to life, I found to
be unto death. For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me,
and by it slew me. Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy,
and just, and good. Was then that which is good made death unto me? God
forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that
which is good; that sin by the commandment might become exceeding sinful.
For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.
-
Weak amd beggarly elements
-
Galatians 4:8-11
- Howbeit then, when ye knew not God, ye did service unto them which by
nature are no gods. But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are
known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto
ye desire again to be in bondage? Ye observe days, and months, and times,
and years. I am afraid of you, lest I have bestowed upon you labour in
vain.
-
Blinded by Satan
-
II Corinthians 4:4 -
In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe
not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image
of God, should shine unto them.
-
Paul doesn't spend much time/words to people about
their White Throne Judgment; however, he doesn't ignore it, either!
-
Tremble
-
Acts 24:25 - And
as he reasoned of righteousness, temperance, and judgment to come, Felix
trembled, and answered, Go thy way for this time; when I have a convenient
season, I will call for thee.
-
Terror
-
II Corinthians 5:11 - Knowing
therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest
unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.
-
Judgment
-
Romans 1:32 - Who
knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy
of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
-
Be damned
-
II Thessalonians 2:12-
That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure
in unrighteousness.
-
Escape judgment?
-
Romans 2:2,3 -
But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against
them which commit such things. And thinkest thou this, O man, that
judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt
escape the judgment of God?
-
Treasurest up wrath
-
Romans 2:5 - But
after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath
against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;
-
versus Romans 2:4
- the goodness of God
-
All men to condemnation because of Adam
-
Romans 5:18 -
Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation;
even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto
justification of life.
-
Obviously, from reading these Scriptures, ALL are
not automatically saved these days - you know, the "brotherhood"
thing.
-
Reject the heretic
-
Titus 3:10,11-
A
man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject; Knowing
that he that is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of himself.
-
Shipwrecked lives
-
I Timothy 1:19,20
- Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning
faith have made shipwreck: Of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander; whom I have
delivered unto Satan, that they may learn not to blaspheme.
-
In flaming fire
-
II Thessalonians 1:8-10 -
In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey
not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting
destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;
When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in
all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in
that day.
