XII. Turn us to the living
Ephesians 3:1,2 - For
this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles, If ye
have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to
Colossians 1:5,6 - For
the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before in
the word of the truth of the gospel; Which is come unto you, as it is in
all the world; and bringeth forth fruit, as it doth also in you, since
the day ye heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth:
Acts 20:24 - But
none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself,
so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have
received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.
Romans 2:16 - In
the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according
to my gospel.

I Peter 5:10 - But
the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ
Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish,
strengthen, settle you.
XIII. Show us the works that
would be meet for repentance!
Ephesians 2:12 - ...without
God in the world.
Acts 26:18 - To
open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the
power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and
inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
God's will - Raise Him / Raise It
To Jesus - John 6:39,40
And this is the Father's will which hath sent
me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should
raise it up again at the last day. And this is the will of him that sent
me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have
everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.
To Paul - Colossians
Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made
us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who
hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into
the kingdom of his dear Son:
Romans 9:26 - And
it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye
are not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living
II Corinthians 6:16 - And
what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple
of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in
them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
I Timothy 4:10 - For
therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living
God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.
I Timothy 6:17 -
Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor
trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly
all things to enjoy;

Hebrews 3:12-14 - Take
heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief,
in departing from the living God. But exhort one another daily, while it
is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness
of sin. For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of
our confidence stedfast unto the end;
XIV. Pray for us - ensample
for us in our prayers towards ourselves and others!
Acts 26:20 - But
shewed first unto them of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all
the coasts of Judaea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent
and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance.
Romans 2:4 - Or
despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering;
not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?
Acts 20:19-24 - Serving
the Lord with all humility of mind, and with many tears, and temptations,
which befell me by the lying in wait of the Jews: And how I kept back nothing
that was profitable unto you, but have shewed you, and have taught you
publickly, and from house to house, Testifying both to the Jews, and also
to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.
And now, behold, I go bound in the spirit unto Jerusalem, not knowing the
things that shall befall me there: Save that the Holy Ghost witnesseth
in every city, saying that bonds and afflictions abide me. But none of
these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that
I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received
of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.
II Corinthians 7:9-10 - Now
I rejoice, not that ye were made sorry, but that ye sorrowed to repentance:
for ye were made sorry after a godly manner, that ye might receive damage
by us in nothing. For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not
to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.
II Timothy 2:25 -
In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure
will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; And that they
may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive
by him at his will.

Romans 1:9,10 -
For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his
Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers; Making
request, if by any means now at length I might have a prosperous journey
by the will of God to come unto you.

That we may approve things that are excellent
that we may be sincere and without offence till the
day of Christ; Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are
by Jesus Christ,
that we might be filled with the knowledge of his
will in all wisdom
that we might be filled with spiritual understanding;
That we might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing
That we would be fruitful in every good work
That we would increase in the knowledge of God;
That we would be strengthened with all might, according
to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;
