To Understand the King James 1611 Bible
This is a series of sermons for folks who think the King James Bible
is confusing, contradictory and archaic.
The KJB is not only the easiest bible to read, it is the easiest to
understand.
The KJB is God's Holy Scriptures and is the ONLY Holy Scripture!
Here is how it can be so simply understood:

Holy Scriptures
Let us begin
by looking at as many verses as we can that deal with the word of the Lord,
the words of the Lord - the Word of God, the words of God, etc... in other
words, the Scriptures!
In the audio sermon, we did short
discussions on the following verses and how they pertain to the the Bible
today.
Look up the following verses - and
commit them to memory or at least mark your Bible - these verses deal with
what the Scriptures say about the Scriptures!

truth!

Daniel 10:21
- But I will
shew thee that which is noted in the scripture of truth: and there is none
that holdeth with me in these things, but Michael your prince.

Not knowing
the scriptures then got them into big trouble! How about today?

Matthew 21:42
- Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read
in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become
the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous
in our eyes?

Old Testament

Why people
erred - they knew not the scriptures. How about today? Do they
even have the Scriptures?

Christ did
what he did according to the scriptures!

I Corinthians
15:3,4 - For I delivered unto you first
of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according
to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third
day according to the scriptures:

Our children
can & should have the scriptures to this day! Wonder how my of
our children are actually given the Scriptures in homes or maybe they are
being taught just the old testament by teaching Jewish stories ONLY, etc.

II Timothy
3:15 - And that from a child thou hast
known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation
through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
Tribulation
Application
Wresting
with the scriptures is a tribulation characteristic but we see it happening
more and more, so that ought to tell us something, eh? I suppose
that is why it is becoming so popular to study the Bible today the way
they do! WRONG! II Timothy 2:15,16

Study to shew thyself approved unto God,
a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of
truth. But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto
more ungodliness.

II Peter 3:16
- As also in all his epistles, speaking
in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood,
which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other
scriptures, unto their own destruction.
