whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning,
we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.
Remember, the Gospels are still in the Old Testament
from the Gospels that are misapplied today!
Gospels are not TO us!
However, there is plenty within the Gospels FOR us!
John will be
difficult... and slow.
John is full of
facts about Jesus Christ - then, now as the Risen One and tomorrow as the

4:4 - In whom the god of this world hath
blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious
gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
19:16 - And he hath on his vesture and
on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
11:15 - And the seventh angel sounded;
and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world
are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign
for ever and ever.
- For unto us a child is born, unto us
a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his
name shall be called Wonderful, Counseller, The mighty God, The everlasting
Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace
there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom,
to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth
even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.
Word of a king...
8:4 - Where the word of a king is, there
is power: and who may say unto him, What doest thou?
- The king's wrath is as the roaring of
a lion; but his favour is as dew upon the grass.
- A wise king scattereth the wicked, and
bringeth the wheel over them.

Today is not the
time to talk about whether wine is ok or not. It should be obvious
to the sincere Christian that the Scriptures do not ok fermented/booze
and more Christians have fallen for the media generated 'healthy' element
of fermented wine, etc.
here is a cultural, not historic!
Today we have
a difficult time visualizing "adults' drinking grape juice at a wedding
rather than alcoholic wine.
Even we Christians
have bought into the 'adult beverage' propaganda.
The world has
been very sly in presenting sin as 'adult.'
This mind set
has been implanted in our heads through decades of television and through
our degenerated cultural morals. This causes us to superimpose the
social standards of the 20th century over top of this scene from the first
century. We say to ourselves, "In America, 'everybody' drinks booze
at a wedding, therefore, they must have been drinking booze at the wedding
mentioned in John 2.
In spite of
our natural bent toward viewing everything this way, we must pay attention
to the fact that there have been many changes in social norms over the
Today, we say,
"He cusses like a sailor!' yet, the Continental Army that defeated
the British in the American revolution did not curse!
while president, George Washington wrote a letter to military leaders urging
them not to allow the practice of cursing to take hold in our military
as it was in the armies of the world at that time.
Can you imagine
a solider not cussing today? Can you imagine adults sitting around at a
wedding drinking grape juice?
No - but they

He is no longer

Think of the mental

The move is to
bring the church back to men.
My comments now

Bringing men back
to an imitation church with a false gospel and an imitation salvation!
the church teaching is as corrupt as their doctrine!
Men don't have
the stuff to be men today within the church!
Of those one
who have a biblical worldview, how much of that man is following Paul?
“All men make
mistakes, but a good man yields when he knows his course is wrong, and
repairs the evil. The only sin is pride.”
That is what Paul
is all about for the real man!

Of course - Jesus
knew they all had to see 'a sign.'
John 4:48 -
said Jesus unto him, Except ye see signs and wonders, ye will not believe.
1:22 - For the Jews require a sign, and
the Greeks seek after wisdom:
Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works
of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God,
that ye believe on him whom he hath sent. They said therefore unto him,
