Yes, as we are careful to maintain good works and stay in close prayer with God, there will still be weeping, and we not only rejoice together, we must weep together, too.

P.S.  Paul weeps only when it is over 'others!'
See Philippians 3:18,19 -  (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)

But it was not easy... II Corinthians 12:15  And I will very gladly spend and be spent for you; though the more abundantly I love you, the less I be loved.

II Corinthians 7:8,9 - For though I made you sorry with a letter, I do not repent, though I did repent: for I perceive that the same epistle hath made you sorry, though it were but for a season.  Now I rejoice, not that ye were made sorry, but that ye sorrowed to repentance: for ye were made sorry after a godly manner, that ye might receive damage by us in nothing.

At any Mention of the Name of Christ! (except a false Christ)
Philippians 1:18 - What then? notwithstanding, every way, whether in pretence, or in truth, Christ is preached; and I therein do rejoice, yea, and will rejoice.

But he warned about the false christs!  Galatians 1:6-9; II Corinthians 11:4  For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.

His Efforts Were Not in Vain!
Philippians 2:15,16 -  That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;  Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.

Galatians 4:11 - I am afraid of you, lest I have bestowed upon you labour in vain.

I Corinthians 15:1,2 - Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;  By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.

I Corinthians 15:17 - And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins.

Philippians 2:17  Yea, and if I be offered upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I joy, and rejoice with you all.

II Timothy 4:6-8  For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.  I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:  Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
