Acts 7:55 - But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God,
Folks, we are in the midst of controversy again.
By the way, who is Peter talking to the Jews about
in that verse? Paul!
II Peter 3:11-15
Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons
ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for
and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being
on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new
earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. Wherefore, beloved, seeing
that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in
peace, without spot, and blameless. And account that the longsuffering
of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according
to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you;
This is just amazing!
This is too simple! Just too simple to figure out.
Just read the Scriptures themselves - no commentaries, no 'other' books, etc.
Ok, we will!!!
People today are so interested in Revelation - they are
afraid - they know something is up.
The cults grab folks all over with Revelational wrong
dividing!!!
Revelation 6-19 is called Daniel's Seventieth Week in Daniel 9, the time of Jacob's trouble in Jeremiah 30:7 and the 'time of trouble' in Daniel 12:1. One can also see in Jeremiah 33:11 what will be missing during this time.
Israel will be persecuted / punished / chastised. These unparalleled, catastrophic events and cataclysmic judgments which are going to come upon this earth begin AFTER the rapture of the church. See Matthew 24!
The Book of Revelation takes us
through the Tribulation four times.
(against the teachings of DeHaan, Gaebelien, Pettingill,
Scofield, Larkin, Pember, etc. - did you notice any familiar names?
see, sometimes it IS important to see these names mentioned!)
The Book of Revelation gives four accounts of the Second
Coming of Christ
as does Matthew, Mark, Luke and John give four accounts
of the first coming of Christ.

This white horse rider in Revelation 6:2 vs chapter 19:11-21
which one do you have?
Would to God ye could bear with me a little
in my folly:
and indeed bear with me.
For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy:
for I have espoused you to one husband,
that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.
But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent
beguiled Eve through his subtilty,
so your minds should be corrupted from
the simplicity that is in Christ.
For if he that cometh preacheth another
Jesus, whom we have not preached,
or if ye receive another spirit, which
ye have not received,
or another gospel, which ye have not accepted,
ye might well bear with him.
II Corinthians 11:1-4
They are preaching another Jesus these days...
more than ever and more places than ever!
