Do We Need the King James Bible in Our Witness?
Part I
I recently heard it said, "We should put down our Bible and just tell folks about God; we don't need the Bible to do that!"  That statement was made from a supposed Bible Believer - even a KJB 'knowing about Paul' Christian.  (He is not a Paul follower, just a know about Paul guy.)  Here is the answer to that statement!

Do We Need the King James Bible in Our Witness?
Part II
We need the King James Bible in our witness - in our lives.  There is no magical Jesus 'blessing' you based on your good works or chastising you because you are bad.  He is not the modern day Santa Claus, etc.  He is not the OT king threatening you with the law.  What does the Risen Saviour have to say about our Bible today.  Where is the power of God today, etc.  Does the King James Bible fit into this picture?  If so, how?

Words of Jeremiah For Us Today
Part IX
Chapters 28-32a
Other than the online glitch towards the end of this sermon which stops the sermon in the middle of chapter 32, this sermon hopefully shows you the pattern that the false teachers are pushing these days.  However, we can also still see some similarities with Jeremiah's ministry and how God worked with him - as we can see how God works with us through the KJB today .

Words of Jeremiah For Us Today
Part X
Chapters 32-36, 45
I am in the process of moving, so please pardon the yawns as we look more into Jeremiah this morning.  We consider the trend of repetition of prayers today...  would it do any good to repeat this prayer of Jeremiah like the famous prayer of Jabez?  We also consider God's answer to Jeremiah's prayer.  Then in 34 we again see that the OT is not God's way today - not according to Paul, anyway!  Chapter 36 is a great illustration of the modern bible versions today and how people / pastors continue to cut out verses, etc. from the KJB.  Finally, at the end, ask yourself if you are like Baruch at all.  See chapter 45.

Putting the Brethren in Remembrance
Part I
I am back in the saddle again - from a new & better location within the town of Kadoka, South Dakota.

According to I Timothy 4:6, a good minister puts things in remembrance for the brethren.  So, here are some things we may have forgotten as we have been so busy in our days of fun and frolic, loving pleasures more than lovers of God.

Who is Bewitching You?
Do we ever get stirred anymore when we are in mixed community company?  Why are we more and more willing to partake of the works of darkness when the Scriptures strictly tell us not to.  What is happening to us?  Who is bewitching you?  Who is hindering us that we do not obey the truth?  Why do we allow this to happen to us?  We know Jesus cares - we know Paul cared - but do we care about others?  Do we care about the music?  Do we care about their souls?  Do we care about them wrongly dividing?  Do we care anymore about the modern religions and bibles?  Have we become complacent in our walk?  Are we comfortable in the world again?  If so - why and how did it happen?  How do the Scriptures warn us about being so easily deceived?  Are you fluffy Christian full of leaven - the gas bubbles of the world that make us think we are more than we really are?  All these questions are answered with Scriptures in this one sermon.  Hang on as you listen - be ready to examine yourself to see if you have become just another fluffy Christian!

 Putting the Brethren in Remembrance
Part III
According to I Timothy 4:6, a good minister puts things in remembrance for the brethren.  Continuing on from last week, here are some more things we may have forgotten as we have been so busy in our days of fun and frolic, loving pleasures more than lovers of God.  We look at Paul's manner of life - being reminded about those who we should avoid, withdraw from, etc. along with despising and destroying those things.

Let's Enjoy Our Proper Partaking...
Let us learn what we already partake in that Christ has already made possible, instead of whining about what we can't do or actively are doing what we know to be wrong.

What Should We Be Able to See Today?
We are not looking for signs today, nor do we need to 'see to believe,' but we are able to 'see' some things that ought to give you that assurance and joy, etc. that fewer and fewer Christians are seeing. We look at eleven 'things' that as a KJB RD Bible-Believing Risen Saviour by following Paul Christian should see.  These things are there for everyone to see, but few people see them today.  Hmmmm, I wonder if...

A Memorial for the Fallen or a Glory for the Risen?
Memorial Day is a hard day for many folks, but if we really looked it more realistically, it would be an even harder day of memories.  Or ... we could look at it in a way of glory - a glory for those who died and went on to be with the Lord.  Our Military is changing daily - and it is changing our youth - these are some tough things to think on concerning our war dead as well as our living Vets!
