We see Hedonism within modern Christianity. We see hedonism growing within our own Bible Believing KJV churches.  Is that a new enemy to Paul's gospel?  No - he had to deal with it, just like we have to today!  One of the reasons many don't want to 'do' Paul, especially in Timothy and Titus is that it affects our pleasure.

Clean birds - dirty birds.  We do need to fear dirty birds.  However, the original dirty birds are not the problem today.  Christ has taken care of that.  Our problem today seems to be more from the brethren than the lost world.  I see "West Nile Christians" showing themselves more and more.  A little leaven leaveneth a whole lump - just another lesson we can learn from birds.

We go back through the Assyrian times and look into detail what the Prophets had to say to the folks.  We can truly see how, as an ensample, we can learn from these prophets.  Of course, knowing there are no prophets today, we turn to the King James Bible to hear from God directly.  We start with Isaiah, after we do a little preview of these Prophets of God.

The evil men who are waxing worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived, what are they doing through the Shroud of Turin, Da Vinci Code, Left Behind, The Passion of the Christ, Modern bible versions in Ephesians 1:13 and Revelation 13:18?  Do the Dead Sea Scrolls show us anything about this day by day deception or are they a good thing today?   Listen up as I try to show folks that these deceivers are even damaging even our own brethren!

What is the place of preaching today when it comes to God's word being manifested?  You might be surprised.  In fact, you might not even like the conclusion.  Preaching is important, but it may not be as important as your pastor has made it out to be.  Maybe this is one reason people are 'spiritually dying' today.  If you don't' have a church with a preacher preaching Paul's gospel, what do you?  You must go 'Beyond Preaching!"

We hear about the precious seed that we are to plant and water.  As God provides for His birds, He provides for us; and we must also do the same for our own children while we still have them as children.  The final product tomorrow depends a lot on the seeds we plant today.

Is the Antioch church suppose to be our 'model church' for Independent churches today?  Is our church / family pattern to be found in Acts 10-19?  You will surely recognize some teachings that you were formerly taught - these are teachings that you have observed DO NOT work today.  Could this be the problem? The serious Bible preaching Independent churches are following the wrong pattern?   Well, that would certainly be par for the course these days, eh!

This is a 'word study' on the word 'precious.'  What does precious mean according to the Scriptures.  Rightly dividing does actually help us see what is truly precious to the Lord today.  in fact, after all the uses of 'precious' in the Bible, Paul only uses the word once.  What IS 'precious' to the Lord today?  Listen in and you may be encouraged!

In fashion only given to Paul, we see that we need not be 'born-again.'  That is a confusing term that is used only towards the Jewish nation in John and in I John.  

Besides, doesn't the fact that 'everyone' uses that term cause suspicion, anyway? 

Read the details to being "quickened" - it makes for a marvelous understanding of what Christ makes us when He makes us alive.  The detail is greatly comforting - and once again, we see how Paul's teaching eliminates any confusion as well as clears up today's false unity of ecumenicalism.
