Rightly Dividing or Wrongly Choosing
I answer the 'charges' from
those folks who think we are going down the Hyper-Dispensationalist route
of Grace Only - Paul Only. For those who have not heard of this stuff
on Paul, listen and hear some the charges thrown towards Hypers which will
prove to you that Touchet Baptist Church is still out of all camps and
is just following the Book as Paul preached it. We are not Ruckmanites,
Hylesites, Staufferites or even Jordanites - We are Bible Believers - KJBOnly
- Rightly Dividing & Bible Reading Christians! We are not only
seeking ABOUT God, we are seeking what He has told US specifically.
There is no text for this sermon, but if you do listen to the audio, you
will hear my rebuttal to what some folks may be thinking... If preachers
don't rightly divide, it is only obvious that they wrongly pick and choose! |

It's
Still All About God!
Continuing our learning about
Paul, we see that God's will is done through Jesus Christ. Those
two specific things are also done by Paul. The conclusion is that
we ARE to read and consider Paul's teachings, as they are just passed down
to the Gentiles exactly as the Lord Jesus Christ wanted Paul to do.
It is NOT God's will that we walk the apostolic gospelic walk - it is the
Pauline walk! |

True Witnesses part I
Along with the obvious four
witnesses of God's truth, we see that there are 3 more witnesses that we
need to know about these days. While the text notes are the same
for both am / pm sermons, we hear about 6 of the 8 witnesses in the a.m.

True Witnesses part II - conclusion
This is an upgraded portion
of the notes from the previous sermon. These notes will be more appropriate
to this particular sermon audio, even though these notes are taken from
the notes from the a.m. service. We hear about one more witness to
the truth of God in this pm sermon. And to make sure we are not believing
the wrong witness, we show here how the Devil tries to trick folks into
following a false witness. But the big question is this: Does
your walk / talk bear false witness or a true witness of God? |

Paul's
Desires for Us
See just how much Paul cares
for us and what all he prayed for us to receive as we are joint-heirs with
Christ. I would much rather have from Paul than what comes from the
gospel 'results' of signs, snake handling, poison drinking and speaking
with tongues. I'll take what Paul has to offer! In other words,
the fruit of the Greater Commission is far greater than the fruit of the
Great Commission for these days! |

Blessed
are the Dad's Who Know the Joyful Sound
Blessings abound for the dad
who loves the Lord, Loves the Book and shows it in His walk, if the wife
lets him! The audio has a few minutes pause in the middle as well as 'not
the best sound quality' from a recording 'glitch' on my part... sorry about
that! |

Cursed
are the Dad's Who Don't Know the Joyful Sound
They
rob their children of God's Gifts
Most men have no clue these
days - do you? Here are a few reasons why dad's don't / can't do
their godly job. This has equal application towards pastors who are
leading their church family back to the early church of the Great Commission
- ye ole' marketed purpose driven baptist church! Being a false witness
will keep one's own children from wanting these marvelous gifts from God!
Pardon the stretch of 'humor' at the end when we get into ladies and their
conveniences in the home actually making them busier than if they didn't
have those things! Back to the river ladies - those conveniences
are killing you and are robbing you of your 'spare' time to read your Bible
and spend time with your children! :-) |

Spiritual
Gifts are from the Book, not the church!
This is the beginning of a 'short'
series on the gifts that God has to give to his sons. We will hear
in this particular sermon that the gifts come from the Lord through the
Book, not just the 'church.' We see more and more 'signs' these days
that the Book is being demoted below the local church. I
Corinthians 12 and Romans
12 are the texts for tonight. Again, we have some 'humorous
family' time at the end of this sermon. (Notes will be coming soon!) |

How
and Why I Have Gone Down the Road to Paul!
For those who wonder why and
how we have begun preaching on the Greater Commission vs the Great Commission,
here are my answers, my comments and my reasons! I trust you will
read and listen to it all before you come to your final conclusion, otherwise
you will not truly understand me, the direction we have taken and the correctness
of its application. Leave off the word 'hyper' - and there are more
detailed sermons coming that explain it all - but here is How and Why!

Life Beyond Rightly Dividing
There are lot more places to
rightly divide than just the word of Truth! We must rightly divide
the church, the family as well as yourself. Here are some 'suggestions'
in how we can live BEYOND rightly dividing. It is too easy to become
a hyper in anything we do - including Rightly Dividing. So here are
some areas we all could go beyond! God has and the abundant life
of God's blessings waiting for those who live 'beyond.' |

A Few More
Gifts
We cover a few more of the spiritual
gifts in I Cor 12. We continue to see that the 'source' of these
gifts is from the Word of God - the Bible - the King James Bible.
We touch on miracles, prophecy, discerning of spirits, tongues and finally,
how the Bible is such a source of healing. The Holy Spirit gives
out his gifts to us, as he will, through the King James Bible. No
notes yet - I am still working on a chart with the many gifts listed -
and there is a long space at the end of this tape because I forgot to turn
off the recorder, and I have not yet learned how to edit. :-)
