A few of the things, anyway...
A basic outline to help you follow the audio sermon.

Colossians 1:9-11
A little bit more and more each day - along with those occasional 'setbacks' because of the flesh!

vs 10 - being fruitful in every good work
vs 10 - increasing in the knowledge of God
vs 11 - strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power...

Peace
Philippians 4:6-9

Joy
Romans 15:13: Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.
Romans 15:32: That I may come unto you with joy by the will of God, and may with you be refreshed.
2Cor:1:24: Not for that we have dominion over your faith, but are helpers of your joy: for by faith ye stand.

Comfort
Colossians 2:2 - being knit together -
Rom:15:4: For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.
2Cor:1:4: Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.
2Cor:13:11: Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you.
Colossians 4:7,8  All my state shall Tychicus declare unto you, who is a beloved brother, and a faithful minister and fellowservant in the Lord:  Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that he might know your estate, and comfort your hearts;

Full assurance of understanding
Colossians 2:2b; I Corinthians 2:9-16

Proves Right Division thus exposing vain babblings and false teachers - imitators - frauds!

Reveals that which is perfect!
I Corinthians 13:10

Helps me concerning Psalm 68:4
    true worship (spirit and truth)
rejoice (you learn why more and more - your rejoicing gets deeper and more meaningful)
praise (you know He deserves it!)

Opens My Eyes
    Revelation 3:18
    Ephesians 1:18a
    Acts 26:18

Gives Me More Independence
from bondage guilt preaching churches/pastors, etc.
now we can please someone else besides ourselves:
to read and study my Bible as God directs, not some professor, etc.
Rom:8:8: So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
Rom:15:1: We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves.
Rom:15:2: Let every one of us please his neighbour for his good to edification.

After I Trip and Fall, Now Knowing I can Get Up and Go Again - I Can & Must Keep trying!
2Cor:4:16: For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.
Col:3:10: And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:

Helps Me Appreciate Grace
The value of grace: Ephesians 1:7; 2:7
The importance of grace
The blessing of grace
The abusing of grace

Better Ability to Discern
- to listen, read, see, hear and not be swayed away from the Book - RD, etc. no matter how it is put to you!
DISCERN 1. To separate by the eye, or by the understanding. 2. To distinguish; to see the difference between two or more things; to discriminate;
1Cor:2:14: But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
Heb:4:12: For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Heb:5:14: But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

Ability to Show Better DISCRETION
1. Prudence, or knowledge and prudence; that discernment which enables a person to judge critically of what is correct and proper...
For Men:
Psalm 112:5-8  A good man sheweth favour, and lendeth: he will guide his affairs with discretion.  Surely he shall not be moved for ever: the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance.  He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the LORD.  His heart is established, he shall not be afraid, until he see his desire upon his enemies.
For Women:
Proverbs 11:22  As a jewel of gold in a swine's snout, so is a fair woman which is without discretion.

Keeps Me on the Correct Trail!
There is such a thing as a stupid question!
...not banging brains on the doubtful disputations... and things you can't do anything about, anyway.
1Tm:1:4: Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith: so do.
1Tm:6:4: He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings,
2Tm:2:23: But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender strifes.
Ti:3:9: But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.
Things such as JS / WT / Gap / Helio-Geo / Bride - wedding / light, etc. can take up your time to the point where your walk is not important, just your brain.

Fight the Correct Battles
it's about the one God, one Spirit, one baptism, one body, one book - all of which leads me to the One and Only Jesus Christ!
Ephesians 4:4-6
Jude 4
