"What About Those We Love
But Who Are Not Interested in the Truth of God"

QUICK REVIEW:

We have been taking a close look at our flesh in these past few 'breaks.'  We have seen how our spirit and soul are separated from our flesh by a spiritual operation - with the sword of the Spirit.  We see in the Scriptures how a 'true child of God' is actually 'made' into a new creature; we are made the righteousness of God - on the inside.

Unfortunately the flesh, even now if crucified as a Christian, is still alive and dirty and wicked as ever.  And yet, we see in Romans 6 that we are now dead to sin instead of being dead in sins.  We know that when we choose to follow 'sin', it isn't us doing the 'sinning' - it is the sin that is in us - thus we stay clean in God's eyes, etc.

I hope you have also taken a detailed look at your personal 'walk' - your manner of life that Paul teaches us, aiming daily considering our sole purpose of pleasing God, not our flesh.

We also have learned that we are not going to stop doing all things that are 'wrong.'  We see that we ought to be living a lot 'cleaner' life as a Christian, of course, but we learn from Romans 7 that we have a battle now that takes place within ourselves as we battle our minds with our flesh.

We have learned that when we 'mess-up' / trip-up / 'do wrong', etc. that those things will be judged at the judgment seat of Christ thus keeping God from chastising us today.  While we may still reap what we sowed from those works, we can rest assure that it is not God chastising us.  We have no need for any form of 'confession' to cleanse us from all unrighteousness, etc.  Once we receive that operation, we can not be dirtied so there is nothing to confess.  Whether we confess them or not, those 'works' will be judged at the judgment seat of Christ.

That, by the way, is one of the most joyous 'doctrines'' of Christianity that people don't know about, people are not taught by their pastors about it, etc. and actually, for some odd reason, most people don't even want to believe and accept that doctrine..  Amazing!

Anyway, moving on...

INTRODUCTION

Today, let's look at those people we love and care about that continue to reject the truth of salvation, the KJB, rightly dividing, the truth of being a Christian, the truth of a 'godly' walk (or at least making an attempt) - in other words, those that reject God!

Our friends,
Our family,
Our fellow workers,

PS.  Even though these folks may be fighting and/or arguing with us... or maybe just 'lovingly' ignoring us - and quite possibly rejecting what we have taught them as parents as they may be thinking all that we taught them was wrong (and some of it probably was because some of us brought our kids up in baptistic, etc. denominational religion doctrine)... we must remember that it is not us they are fighting, it is still God!

He therefore that despiseth, despiseth not man, but God... I Thessalonians 4:8a

While they have chosen to take on the wisdom of this world, we understand that they also must live and work in this world.  Of course we also understand that if they want to hang on to any truth they may have kept or have learned, they will be fighting battles that they don't understand, won't understand, can't understand.  To be 'pushed' to war like many of us have is much different than being taught to war, like they must.

For many of them, either they were denied the 'fun' elements of the world while they were young so they are making up for lost 'fun' - or now they succumb to the temptations of the modern technology / success world.  Either way, they are choosing to live the life that pleases themselves or they may even have been lead to a religious / spiritual life that 'they' heard about after they rejected the KJB - and us.

Some of them could be truly a Christian but because Paul says that anyone wants to live a godly life WILL suffer persecution - and that is not the most popular on their 'things to do list" so even those will reject God's words, ways and doctrines. If there is a true salvation there, then they are blind and confused to what is the truth these days. They really have no way to tell if they are following God's ways or the ways of the Devil himself.
- But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him. II Corinthians 11:3,4

Unfortunately, those who continue to reject God as they grow up in years will have a growing wisdom that is a false wisdom; it may give them a good salary and happy self and family, but in the end, it will all burn - hopefully they won't burn along with their works! -For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. I Corinthians 3:19

Of course we love them - and we care about them.  And of course we would certainly like to see them grasp the true God, the true Bible, stay out of religion and denominationalism, and stay away from the growing spiritual world that will someday welcome the antichrist as described in Revelation 6. We would like for them to turn to God from idols to serve the living and true God; and to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come. I Thessalonians 1:9,10

So what can we do for them?
