Are You Looking
Forward
to the Tribulation?
|
Part IV
Part
I tells you all the 'marvelous' opportunities you will have!
Part II contains
warnings about these coming times!
Part III contains
even more warnings!
(based on Hebrews
to
Jude - Revelation - Matthew)
Reminder Note:
-
In order for these notes to make sense, you will have to have a pretty
decent understanding of what it is that Paul preaches.
-
Paul is the 'only' apostle to the Gentiles and then to the Church of God;
we are not to follow the apostles doctrine - we are to follow Paul's.
-
Understanding
Galatians 1:6, we see
that the following teachings differ from Paul's, thus these are NOT teachings
that are to be taught in every church today, as Paul states in I
Corinthians 4:17.
If we can even just begin to say that we are trying
to fully know Paul's doctrine, manner
of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience,.. (II
Timothy 3:10). then we can quickly come
to an understanding that the following teachings are to be taught only
during the Tribulation, not today.
However, if you are a normal church-goer these
days, you will recognize these teachings as being 'falsely' taught and
deceptively applied today in almost every church. Thus we see a 'form
of godliness denying the power thereof;'
as well as the folly of a false Christianity today.
We should have a Christianity that should truly
be full of joy and spiritual blessings that exposes the false teachings
of tomorrow's Tribulation being taught today.
You will certainly notice that
these teachings are being taught today
from America's pulpits evcen though they are geared
to the Tibulation - NOT TODAY!
1. Your prayers actually
CAN & WILL BE HINDERED!
-
I Peter 3:7 - Likewise,
ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto
the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the
grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.
-
I Peter 3:12 - For
the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto
their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.
2. You will HAVE to know &
DO the specific will of God for your life!
-
I John 2:17 - And
the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the
will of God abideth for ever.
-
I Peter 3:17 - For
it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well
doing, than for evil doing.
-
Hebrews 10:36 - For
ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God,
ye might receive the promise.
-
I Peter 2:15 - For
so
is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the
ignorance of foolish men:
-
Hebrews 13:21 - Make
you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that
which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory
for ever and ever. Amen.
-
II Peter 1:10 - Wherefore
the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election
sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:
3. You should be able to
answer all questions, if...!
-
I Peter 2:15 - For
so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence
the ignorance of foolish men:
-
I John 2:20 - But
ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things.
-
I John 2:27 - But
the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need
not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you
of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught
you, ye shall abide in him.
4. You will have to stay
AWAY from any and all image producing machines & inventions!
5. A lot of "voices" will
be MISSING that we have today:
-
These were deceiving all nations and great men of
the earth!
-
Revelation 18:22,23 - And
the
voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall
be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever
craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone
shall be heard no more at all in thee; And the light of a candle
shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom
and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy
merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries
were all nations deceived.
-
Jeremiah 33:11 - The
voice
of joy, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom,
and the voice of the bride, the voice of them that shall say,
Praise the LORD of hosts: for the LORD is good; for his mercy endureth
for ever: and of them that shall bring the sacrifice of praise into the
house of the LORD. For I will cause to return the captivity of
the land, as at the first, saith the LORD.
-
Jeremiah 25:10 - Moreover
I will take from them the voice of mirth, and the voice of gladness,
the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride,
the sound of the millstones, and the light of the candle.
-
A more detailed list from them that deceived the world
-
no more music (voice of harpers, etc.
them that say, Praise the Lord, etc.)
-
no craftsman
-
no work (sound of the millstone)
-
no more church? (light of a candle)
-
no voice of the bridegroom (Jesus'
words - KJB - Amos 8:11-13)
-
no voice of the bride (Christians -
gone!)
-
no voice of joy
-
no voice of mirth (Social merriment;
hilarity; high excitement of pleasurable feelings in company; noisy gayety;
jollity. Mirth differs from joy and cheerfulness, as always implying
noise.)
-
no voice of gladness - Hebrews
1:9 - Thou hast loved righteousness,
and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with
the oil of gladness above thy fellows. God
takes it away.
6. You will have to endure
until it is all over!
-
I Peter 1:13 - Wherefore
gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for
the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;
-
I Peter 2:19 -
For this is thankworthy, if a man for conscience toward God endure grief,
suffering wrongfully.
-
James 1:12 - Blessed
is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall
receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love
him.
-
James 5:11 - Behold,
we
count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job,
and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of
tender mercy.
7. You can not be 'caught'
and thus be ASHAMED to meet Jesus Christ!
-
I John 2:28-29 - And
now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may
have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming. If
ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one that doeth righteousness
is born of him.
-
I Peter 4:16 -
Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but
let him glorify God on this behalf.
-
Others will be ashamed if you continue 'clean.'
-
I Peter 3:16 -
Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers,
they
may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ.
8. You will have to resist
Satan directly!
-
Revelation 12:9 -
And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil,
and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into
the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
-
I Peter 5:8,9 - Be
sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion,
walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: Whom resist stedfast in the
faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren
that are in the world.
-
James 4:7,8 -
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee
from you. Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you.
9. You will have to be even
quite a bit LESS involved in the world!
-
Love not the world
-
I John 2:15-16 - Love
not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man
love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in
the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride
of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
-
Escape the corruption
-
II Peter 1:4 - Whereby
are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these
ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption
that is in the world through lust.
-
Escape the pollutions of the world!
-
II Peter 2:20 -
For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the
knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled
therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.
-
The world will 'dirty you up!'
-
James 1:27 - Pure
religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the
fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted
from the world.
-
The world can vex your soul!
-
II Peter 2:3-9 -
And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise
of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their
damnation slumbereth not. For if God spared not the angels that sinned,
but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness,
to be reserved unto judgment; And spared not the old world, but saved Noah
the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon
the world of the ungodly; And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha
into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto
those that after should live ungodly; And delivered just Lot, vexed
with the filthy conversation of the wicked: (For that righteous man dwelling
among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to
day with their unlawful deeds;) The Lord knoweth how to deliver the
godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment
to be punished:
-
The world won't / can't hear you, anyway!
-
I John 4:4-7 - Ye
are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is
he that is in you, than he that is in the world. They are of the world:
therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them. We are of
God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not
us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error. Beloved,
let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth
is born of God, and knoweth God.
-
Note: Paul had his conversation in the world as should
we!
-
II Corinthians 1:12 - For
our rejoicing is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in simplicity
and godly sincerity, not with fleshly wisdom, but by the grace of God,
we
have had our conversation in the world, and more abundantly to you-ward.
-
I Corinthians 5:9,10
- I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators: Yet
not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous,
or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the
world.
-
Instead, Paul warns about the brethren -I
Corinthians 5:11-13 - amazing, eh!
10. You can not allow yourself
to be tricked by FAKE prophets and preachers, etc.
-
II Peter 2:17-19 - These
are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom
the mist of darkness is reserved for ever. For when they speak great
swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through
much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.
While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption:
for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.
-
II Peter 2:1-3 - But
there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall
be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable
heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves
swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by
reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness
shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now
of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.
-
Jude 4 - For
there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained
to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness,
and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
-
Jude 8 - Likewise
also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and
speak evil of dignities.
-
Jude 16 - These
are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts;
and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in
admiration because of advantage.
11. You can not be tricked
by the 'imitation' Jesus -
if you sincerely are looking for the real one, that
is!
-
Revelation 6 (imitation)
vs Revelation
19 (the Real
Christ)
-
II Thessalonians 2:9-12 - Even
him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs
and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them
that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they
might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion,
that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed
not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
12. Once you have figured
out that you actually are in the Tribulation,
you will have to have constant victory over sin
("sins" and "sinning") and over the Beast!
-
I Peter 1:7 - That
the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth,
though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour
and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
-
Revelation 15:2 - And
I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten
the
victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his
mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having
the harps of God.
-
Well... UNLESS it is too late for you!
-
Hebrews 6:4-6 - For
it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted
of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, And have
tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, If they
shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify
to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.
-
II Peter 2:20-22 -
For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the
knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled
therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.
For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness,
than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered
unto them. But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb,
The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to
her wallowing in the mire.
13. You will have a different
future to look forward to than we do today...
-
Today, we have the cutting away of the Gentile nation (rapture) to look
forward to!
-
You will have his 2nd Coming!
-
But we all should be looking forward to the new heavens - (some happily
and some fearfully!.
-
II Peter 3:11-13 - Seeing
then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought
ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting
unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall
be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless
we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth,
wherein dwelleth righteousness.
