Dear WebSite Visitor:
A special welcome to my listeners on KBXD 1480 AM in the Dallas-Fort Worth area!
Welcome to my personal website that freely offers you an opportunity to peruse, study, believe, reject and/or challenge what I have made available to anyone in the following pages, all of which is based on and from the King James 1611 Bible.
Click to choose from these two directions into the website:
Please understand that it is certainly not my personal intent to hurt, offend or belittle anyone's personal beliefs, life's choices, manner of life or lifestyles whether they be based on one's personal religious convictions and beliefs or based with no religious influence at all.
If you think you may be upset at the following preaching and teaching pages, I suggest that you not enter into the website.
The sermons preached in the old site were preached in times when folks were not so often or easily offended. It was a time when more folks looked to the Bible for their spiritual guidance and authority. We were able to say and teach certain things from the pulpit and in the churches that if someone did not believe or agree, the people were still willing to discuss various subjects and often with dissension; but there was still no offense taken by either party involved.
If you do choose to enter into the past (choice 1), please consider the fact that it is your choice to enter into that style of teaching and Bible studies. Again, while it is not my personal intent to offend or hurt anyone, I would certainly understand why some folks would feel as they would towards these sermons; the Scriptures tend to be offensive to some folks. etc.
The new direction of this website (choice 2) will have a somewhat different style preaching and teaching than the previous years. While I will be making more of a personal effort to not to be offensive, I am sure some offense could still be taken by someone, sometime, somewhere as the Scriptures tend to do that to us all at times. Please remember, it is not my intent to cause anyone to be offended by my own words.
Please remember - if you choose to enter into this website, it is your choice to enter into these waters.
Please consider these words from Paul, the one and only apostle to Gentiles today:
For out of much affliction and anguish of heart I wrote unto you with many tears;
not that ye should be grieved,
but that ye might know the love which I have more abundantly unto you.
II Corinthians 2:4 -
II Corinthians 11:1-7 - Would to God ye could bear with me a little in my folly: and indeed bear with me. For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ. But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him. For I suppose I was not a whit behind the very chiefest apostles. But though I be rude in speech, yet not in knowledge; but we have been throughly made manifest among you in all things. Have I committed an offence in abasing myself that ye might be exalted, because I have preached to you the gospel of God freely?
Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?
Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them.
If you are willing to move on with me into this website, I invite you to now return to the main page and scroll down and see what is available to you for your own personal Bible study. This website includes 10 years worth of sermons and studies on almost every subject you can think of. Enjoy and be prepared for a peace that passeth all understanding! www.scatteredchristians.org.
My teaching and preaching emphasis is about the goodness of God!
Who would argue with learning about the goodness of God?
