Getting tired of the 'persecution' by at least trying to follow Paul's manner of life?  Are your ears getting itchy to hear something else for awhile?  Here is a sermon you should listen to now because when you will really NEED to, you won't be interested!  This was preached in 2010.

Just when we think we have it so rough, we can try to realize what Christ went through.  And not to belittle what Christ went through, knowing He was the Son of God and son of man, we can, however, take better solace in studying what Paul went through.  After all, Paul was just like us and we are just like Paul was - "O wretched man that I am!" and yet he maintained a tough manner of life - well, most of the time anyway. 

However, until we realize that we are also that wretched person - no matter how well we think of ourselves, we must remember to keep our eyes on Paul's life.  It will help us through our own troubles and tribulations!  Trust me - been there, done that, and still doing that!

Learn about our four sources of troubles and to deal with them today.  There is a difference between temptations and troubles, and yes, they can be handled differently, as well.  Are you wearing down with all the troubles in your life.  Here ya go - maybe this sermon will help you learn to deal with them as a sincere Christian.

This written sermon/study was done back in 2006, so with just a few updated scriptures, here is a warning or sadly, maybe just an explanation as why our kids are, or were, led off to the god of this world by the pied piper of the 'fun' world.  Unfortunately this study will make plenty of sense to us parents who had heard this in 2006 but now are living in 2014.

How about a detailed study on Handel's Messiah?  Ok, then how about you just getting to know about it.  Here is an opportunity to study it in detail or just introduce yourself to it. This is a serious study that would be truly an exciting one, even if you are not an 'official' musician.

I would suggest you go to YouTube or even better, purchase your own complete 'Messiah.'   I would also suggest you find one that is performed by the London Philharmonic Symphonic - or Chicago, etc.

Is "That Which Is Perfect" referring to the Second Coming of Christ or to the King James 1611 Bible?

I hope this 'short' teaching sermon will help folks come to believe that the KJB is far more than just 'the best,' etc.  It is THEE Word of God containing the very words of God!  And when it came upon the scene in 1611, boy did things certain things not only STOP happening, other greater things started happening and can still happen today, if...

Honestly, the conclusion is not only a simple one, it is a logical one!

It is fascinating to see how God operated during the OT times!  In this Sunday School series of "What's In It For Us," we try to just look again at an overall view of these OT books to see what is in them FOR us - and there is plenty!  Chapters 28 & 32 - these are great chapters!  We must always remember that those books are written FOR us but not written TO us - and that ought to make us VERY thankful!

For those who are tired of hearing about Paul, KJB, etc. and think all that is going on is the right way to go... then allow me to tell you about all the opportunities you will have when you actually get caught in the Tribulation.  There is a lot of 'stuff' in this one.
