The affairs of this life that we are not to be entangled in are far more than just politics.  Learn about more of the things that we can't let get us down - but the only way is to not let yourself get entangled in them.  There is nothing we can do about a lot of things - including family involvement and their hatred towards us - among other things.  Paul's manner of life shows us how to care but not to get entangled in the lives of others.

I found some interesting things in my drawers of the past - so here are a few comments about things we learned about many years ago - and now we have found out these things have come true.

Not looking at his doctrine so much, just looking at how his days went!  Did you know that the only time the word 'apostle' (in it's singular form) is with Paul during his dispensation and then with Peter during the Tribulation books?  AND... did you also know the the whole counsel of God today is what Paul preaches to us today?  Didn't know that, eh!  Listen in... (but turn your volume down on this one... :-)

Does everything we do and learn and teach, etc. as a Christian have to operate out of the control of the local church?  If you are not a member of the local church, will God guide you anyway into His 'service.'  What is 'the church' and what are 'the churches' in a Scriptural study.  Very eye-opening!  Are you willing to have your eyes opened concerning the local church?  You might be surprised what you see!  No, you WILL be surprised.  We have heard the teaching for years - now hear the truth about the local church.

We look at his days in Berea and Athens.  We continue to learn about today from Paul - I truly enjoy learning about the man Paul... after all, we are told to follow him, but not imitate him!
