• Corrupt
• 1. To change from a sound to a putrid or putrescent state; to separate the component parts of a body, as by a natural process, which accompanied by a fetid smell.
• 2. To vitiate or deprave; to change from good to bad.
• 3. To waste, spoil or consume.
• 4. To defile or pollute.
• 5. To entice from good and allure to evil.
• 6. To pervert; to break, disobey or make void.
• 7. To pervert or vitiate integrity;
• 8. To debase or render impure, by alterations or innovations;
• 9. To pervert; to falsify; to infect with errors;
• ...from the simplicity that is in Christ!
• II Corinthians 11:3 - But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
• Corrupt communications
• Ephesians 4:29 - Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.

• sensual - sign of the coming Tribulation - an increase towards pleasing the flesh 'religiously' (II Timothy 2:16)

• Romans 7:14,15 - For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin. For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I.
• Romans 8:6,7 -  For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.  Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
• Why be 'alive' and choose to live carnally?  (ARE you alive spiritually?)
• P.S. - not all carnal is bad - See Romans 15:27 - concerning Jews...
• It hath pleased them verily; and their debtors they are. For if the Gentiles have been made partakers of their spiritual things, their duty is also to minister unto them in carnal things.
• Weapons are not to be carnal, either!  II Corinthians 10:4 - Hebrews 4:12,13; Ephesians 6:17, etc.)
• But we can still have carnal weapons (that is another sermon...) for our earthly carnal life.

Definitions to help in the sermon

Lasciviousness

• Looseness; irregular indulgence of animal desires; wantonness; lustfulness.
• Tendency to excite lust, and promote irregular indulgences.
• Ephesians 4:19 - giving themselves over to lasciviousness
• will continue to get worse
• Jude 1:4 - For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

Incontinent
• Not restraining the passions or appetites, particularly the sexual appetite; indulging lust without restraint or in violation of law; unchaste; lewd.

Concupiscence
• to covet or lust after, to desire or covet
• Lust; unlawful or irregular  desire of sexual pleasure.
• In a more general sense, the coveting of carnal things, or an irregular appetite for worldly good; inclination for unlawful enjoyments.
• Desirous of unlawful pleasure; libidinous.
• Romans 7:8 - But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead.
• I Thessalonians 4:4,5 - That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honour;  Not in the lust of concupiscence, even as the Gentiles which know not God:
