Paul Disputed
With the Apostles
As So We with the
Great Commission People
|
We can learn from Paul as he disputed with Peter, James, and John.
Why did these people want to go 'back' to the law after they have turned
to Christ?
-
Galatians 1:6,7 - I
marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace
of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some
that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.
-
Galatians 3:1-3 - O
foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the
truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified
among you? This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the
works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Are ye so foolish? having
begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?
That is identical to today - when people become 'Christians' then go right
back to the law of the gospels - the Great Commission.
-
If these Great Commission people don't 'do right' - they think they lose
fellowship with God!
-
If these Great Commission people don't 'do right' - they think they have
unconfessed sin!
-
If these Great Commission people don't 'do right' - they think they had
better confess their sins, or else...!
-
When these Great Commission people think they are 'doing right' - they
think they have an "understanding' directly from God - regardless what
the KJB says!
-
When these Great Commission people think they are 'doing right' - they
think they are 'anointed' by God's love, etc.
-
When these Great Commission people think they are 'rightly dividing' (the
few who even are aware of rightly dividing) - they think they can pick
and choose what fits their belief system/demonmination, etc.
We see Paul with Peter, James and John in Galatians
2!
-
Listen to the audio for the details, observations, and application to us
today!
-
Paul had to put it to Peter face to face - Galatians
2:11-21!
Then, knowing that Galatians was written about the time of Acts
14,15, we can sure see some more details.
-
Acts 15
-
Listen to the audio for the details, observations, comments and application
for today!
We see joy, disputing, false teachers, more disputing, attempts at getting
people to go BACK to bondage with the Great Commission today. The
same thing that Paul had to deal with with Peter, James and John.
We also see why Peter, James and John's writings are placed AFTER Paul's
Epistles in the KJB.
-
Those guys were to the Jews - it is that simple.
-
Thus, in the dispensational order of the King James Bible, we see those
books are for the Tribulation, not today!
Simple, eh!

The
entire King James Bible is written FOR us, but it is not all written TO
us!
We
learn from the "For" and we try to apply the 'TO!"
