I.  Ezekiel 16:49 today
    Abundance of idleness
        time-saving inventions
        driving greater distances in shorter time - means driving more often
        electricity - stay up later at night
        heat/energy instead of buffalo chips / coal
        tractors instead of horses
        household items have actually increased the workload of women
        college kids and their 'issues' - frogs, mosquitoes, environment, love, evolution, etc.
        etc. etc.  etc.

    Fullness of bread - see Proverbs 30:8,9
    Pride
    not strengthen the HAND of the needy - the government just gives it to them to keep them in their grasp - they really don't help strengthen their hand!

II.  Ecumenicalism is stronger than ever - and folks have bought the whole hook line and sinker and are about to be drug up on shore to flop to death!  The popes quote is to try harder for ecumenicalism - that is his main thrust now.

III.  Reformation is obviously over - there is no protest anymore - except towards the King James Bible and those who rightly divide it!

IV.  Very little 'withdraw thyself' and 'from such turn away' going on from Bible Believing Christians!

V.  Not wanting to fight any battles - no contending!  Romans 7 and Ephesians 6

VI.  Choosing to live what 'feels' right in their own eyes!  See Judges 17:6; 21:25; Jude 19

VII  Homeschools are a Laodicean mess!
    now are dropping the ball more and more on their child's education and TRAINING opportunities.
    just make them happy
    falling for national family church - family worship - family has become their religion and god
    striving for an unpractical and unbiblical life of bondage and misery - losing kids more than ever before!
    parents - no time, no desire, too much work to do it right, not all supportive

VIII.  Religion is on a roll!  There is Revival in Religion!

IX.  Psychology is rampant in our pulpits and books - and homes.  (for those who care, anyway)

X.  Ever learning... and still unable to come to the knowledge of truth - further then they have ever been from it (since KJV was written)

XI.  "Another gospel's' are everywhere!  Obvious!  KJB is near famine stage in world!  see Amos 8:11-13   Perversions are all over the place and nobody even notices when they switch from one to another - but they NEVER even touch the KJB!

XII.  Christians who do actually care about truth are still miserable, frustrated, confused, etc.

XIII.  Kids and teens are either suffering through wrongly divided obedience and die as teens or have turned to the ways of the world!

Just like Nehemiah, we can learn from the life of Paul!
    In Nehemiah, we should have learned from Sanballot and Tobiah that the enemy will
    1.  mock us
    2.  conspire to stop you
    3.  sneak in amongst the rubbish
    4.  fuss over finances
    5.  attempt a compromise
    6.  threaten you with slander
    7.  try to cause you to 'halt' - to 'sin' - to stumble - not take that Book so exactly divided!

And the brethren aren't even suppose be considered or consider us as the enemy!  II Thessalonians 3:14,15.   They will try to admonish us, but we can continue to contend - we don't have to agree to disagree!  That is called compromise!

• You will see that you have some bridges that you have burned!
• You will see that folks can't / won't endure this marvelous sound doctrine of Paul's!
• You will increase in sorrow for others!  Ecclesiastes 1:18: For in much wisdom is much grief: and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow.

• You will also learn the true meaning of suffering persecution!  II Timothy 3:12: Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.

4.  You will understand more of the approaching Tribulation and the deception that comes with it!  (remember, it is all by God - Proverbs 1; I Thessalonians 2; Ps 106:40, Jeremiah 33:11; etc.)

5.  You will be hassled by the 'brethren' suddenly who sound like the new modern Christian in their argument!  They will even sound pentecostal...

6.  You will be hassled more than ever by your flesh!  Now you are more aware of liberty and imputation, etc.

7.  The Hour of Temptation will increase!  Rev 3

8.  The devil will increase his hassles to keep you even more out of your Book now - to keep you away from our preaching here!

9.  You will begin to see the Power of Truth in your lives and in this church!  II Timothy 3:5: Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
    Thy word is truth - it 'effectually worketh' in them that believe (I Thessalonians 2:13; John 16:12-14) and in them that don't (John 16:8-11).  Ever notice how just 'doing right' properly still can make folks mad?  Just having your KJB with you irritates folks?  Etc.  Yes, that is the power of truth!  Just do right and watch God work with your witness!  (make sure there is no pride, arrogance, etc. - but they will still claim it to be)

10.  Your growth will be in the maturity department now!  Ephesians 4:11-16

11.  You can see true deliverance in those areas you need deliverance from!

12.  You will see lasting change - change that stays changed!

13.  You will begin receiving rewards on your record for the Judgment Seat - you will have the correct 'what sort it is!'

14.  You will be teaching your children the truth about the Bible - not just some baptist flavoured teaching of religion!  They will learn the whole counsel of God, not just OT God, not just OT Gospels/Jesus - but what is actually "revenant' as they say today.  :-)  You will be doing your best to keep your kids from being caught up in all this modern christianity or worldliness today!  You will be doing your job with truth as a parent!

15.  Lastly this morning... Because you understand the Scriptures, you will increase in your love toward reading & studying your Bible again - and will look forward to reading it more than ever!
