How
To Love the Brethren

Even More on How to Love Our Fellow Brethren/Brethrenettes?
Answer: We look at them like God looks at them!
Do ye look on things after the outward appearance?
If any man trust to himself that he is
Christ's, let him of himself think this again,
that, as he is Christ's, even so are we
Christ's.
II Corinthians 10:7
That is seems so simple, eh!
So, how do we do that?
Here ya go:
Here is what God made the brethren, just like He did to you.
We are to look at each other like God looks at us - and how He looks at
you! The judgment seat of Christ will take care of the rest! Romans
14:10; II Corinthians 5:10
These notes today are just a continuation of
more verses - from the very mouth of God - on how to love the brethren
by seeing how He loves us and what He sees when He looks at us!
Allow me to stress this point 'again!' - This is how a marriage can
be saved as well as how a proper biblical marriage can be started - one
that is NOT based on twinkle dust and love potion number 9, but on Biblical
principals and desires that God will bless!
PS reminder: this is NOT from e.harmony.com - this is from the
mouth of God!
Even More on How to Love Our Fellow Brethren/Brethrenettes?
Answer: We look at them like God looks at them!
He has made us AND THEM night by His blood!
Ephesians 2:13,14:
But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by
the blood of Christ. For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath
broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
-
HE is our peace! He is the one who settles everything!
THE BOOK today!
Made conformable unto his death!
Philippians 3:10: That
I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of
his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;
-
comformable: Agreeable; suitable; consistent; as, nature is conformable
to herself. Compliant; ready to follow directions; submissive; obsequious;
peaceable; disposed to obey.
-
Galatians 2:21: I
do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law,
then Christ is dead in vain.
We are ALL meet...
Colossians 1:12:
Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers
of the inheritance of the saints in light:
-
Meet: Fit; suitable; proper; qualified; adapted, as to
a use or purpose.
-
Ephesians 4:1-3 - I
therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy
of the vocation wherewith ye are called, With all lowliness and
meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; Endeavouring
to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
-
Ephesians 2:10:
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which
God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
Made Heirs - all of us - no fighting over inheritance!!!! Real
Peace!
Titus 3:7:
That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to
the hope of eternal life.
-
Ephesians 2:14-18 -
For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle
wall of partition between us; Having abolished in his flesh the enmity,
even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself
of twain one new man, so making peace; And that he might reconcile
both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:
And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that
were nigh. For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.
-
Ephesians 3:6,7 -
That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers
of his promise in Christ by the gospel: Whereof I was made a minister,
according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual
working of his power.
-
Real peace today - is knowing Jesus Christ and following
Paul! Philippians 4:9 -
Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and
seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
And That
is How We Love the Brethren - As Christ Loved and Loves Us
But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great
love wherewith he loved us,
Ephesians 2:4
And walk in love, as Christ also
hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering
and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling
savour.
Ephesians 5:2
Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and
God, even our Father, which hath loved us,
and hath given us everlasting consolation
and good hope through grace,
II Thessalonians 2:16
PS
- We can even learn from the Tribulation folks!
I John 4:10,11 - Herein
is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son
to be the propitiation for our sins.
Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought
also to love one another.
I John 4:19
- We love him, because he first loved us.
In the Tribulation, their salvation will depend
on their love of the brethren.
Today, we
still can and should "choose" to love the brethren
solely because God does!!
