Part I - sermon audio - January 23

General Outline of references viewed in the sermon

Today, after Paul teaches a few of his marvelous teachings about God, the response from the listeners is often very typical of what folks say today when we try to pass on what Paul has taught us.  Paul's answer was always a quick and short, "God forbid!"  Then he would go on and explain in even more detail what he wants them to learn.  We look at those questions, answers and explanations tonight.
The response to every question that we are dealing with here tonight is, "God Forbid!"
This chart shows the question along with the simple response, God forbid,
and then we see the answer & explanation from within the Scriptures themselves,
according to Paul, of course!
