A Form of Paul,
But Denying the Truth Thereof...

Timothy 3:5... ... from such turn
away
We see that there a number of folks
these days who claim to 'follow Paul' but an honest look would show that
many really still don't - nor do they even want to.
1. Willing to study the Bible...
-
but not RD according to Paul's Books;
-
many not KJB;
-
many more not even I
Corinthians 13:10 (KJB);
-
even more not even KJB;
-
most ignore Timothy
and Titus, etc.
2. Preach Paul's Salvation - Acts
9
-
But ignore his own detailed testimonies
in
-
Acts 22
-
Acts 26
3. Preach about Acts
8:37
-
but don't mention it isn't our way of
salvation today - it 'was' for the days of the gospels' before Paul!
4. Talk about his missionary journeys
but ignore who they are to?
5. Talk about salvation and being
lost, etc....
-
...but ignore the detailed description
in Ephesians 2:12!
6. Follow other gospels other
than Paul's ...
-
...according to Galatians
1 - either before Paul (Gospels)
or after Paul (Hebrews to Jude).
-
What is wrong with Paul 'ONLY' anyway?
7. Look to baptism but ignore
what Paul had to do 'after' the baptism that he performed...?
-
Had to lay his hands on them in order
for them to receive the Holy Ghost...
8. Use the Romans Road but ignore
some of the greatest verses:

about the Jews today

6:1-14

9. Want the Son but not as revealed
through Paul!
10. Go to Paul for the rapture
but not to Paul for the Tribulation?

11. Are you a better man than
Paul?
12. Do you talk about "conviction"
but never "convincing?"

I Corinthnians
14:24

Titus 1:9
13. Seek the gifts from God...

...but go to I
Corinthians 12 instead of Romans 12
14. Use Romans
14 to judge the small things in people's lives (doubtful disputations)

...but won't use it to judge the big
obvious things in their own?
15. Will have mercy, charity,
longsuffering, prayer, tears, etc. in their lives for others...

...but ignore the time of saying something
- rebuke, or even having to eventually avoid...?
16. Put confessing sins on others
but won't do it themselves?

but then, confessing sins is a non issue
anyway for paul's dispensation of grace today!
17. Enjoy the liberty in Christ
...

...but ignore the 'strings attached!'
18. All music is ok - it is from
your heart, anyway!
19. Use Paul's verses to fight
you with ...
-
...but still won't believe them for
themselves!
20. Study strong doctrine
-
...but won't study their own manner
of life with sound doctrine!
These are Paul
users, not Paul followers!

We
learn from the "For" and we learn to apply the 'TO!"
