Today - more and more folks are giving themselves over to the Flesh - CHRISTIANS INCLUDED!

Time is closing in on the Tribulation...
...when verses like II Timothy 3:1-7 - in the last days - will be in 100% application.

People are proud boasters!
Talking with folks at the fair - with Christian folks - they have become proud boasters as they have done their 'own research' amongst all the bible and church teachings and have come up with their own conclusion - thus they are very proud.  They boast of their conclusions and most can not be swayed because they have to come their conclusions themselves.  Of course, they say the "Lord showed them."  Right!

Jude 1:4,7 becoming closer and closer.
Ephesians 2:7,8 - ... lest any man should boast!

II Thessalonians 2:9-12 - the result of this boasting and false conclusions will be taking place during the Tribulation - and salvation will NOT be taking place, in spite of their scholarship - they will be believing a lie, as they are today.

Today's religious conclusions all appeal to the Flesh!
Music; sermons; entertainment; programs; success; increase in numbers; happy faces; comfortable yet immodest clothes; kid's 'wants' fulfilled; studies, bible versions, teachings, lifestyles, etc.

So, with us knowing Paul and his teachings, ways, etc. II Timothy 3:10 -  But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience, why do some of us folks still STRUGGLE and lack that joy and peace that Paul says we already have been given to us?

I Corinthians 7:28 - marriages struggle... because of the Flesh
I Corinthians 4:17 - his ways are to be taught in every church - they are being taught HERE, are you getting them yet?
Ephesians 1:13 - salvation is so simple and not confusing, why do you still wrestle with your doubts?
II Corinthians 11:3 - why live like your mind is still corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ?

Here is how - Do not live for yourself!
    Romans 14:7-9

We know - there is no good thing in our Flesh!
    Romans 7:18

We also know that we don't hate our Flesh!
    Ephesians 5:26-29

It appears that even some glory and 'compliments' are ok - to a point.
    II Corinthians 11:18; 12:7.
    Above measure means there is a measure that is acceptable...

But we must realize that we have been separated from our Flesh at the moment of our salvation!
    Colossians 2:11-13
    Hebrews 4:12,13

Christian worship today is in the Flesh as they have no idea about the wrongness of today's worship teams, etc.
    Acts 2:17; 17:25; Philippians 3:3

Those things 'out there' of the Flesh are not our war!
    II Corinthians 10:3; Ephesians 6:12

Why begin in the Spirit and now go back to the Flesh for our battles?
    Galatians 3:3
