www.scatteredchristians.org The
entire King James Bible is written FOR us, but it is not all written TO
us!
We
learn from the "For" from the entire Bible and study Paul's writings to
apply the 'TO!"

Contrasts
in Scriptures - Not Contradictions - Introduction
Confusing today? The Bible seems so confusing to people today.
They have been told it is!
They have been shown apparent confusion!
They have been shown apparent contradictions (to the 'students')
They have perceived the confusion and folly of Biblical teachings today!
II Timothy 3:9 -
But
they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all
men, as theirs also was.
We have the Bible Believers who seem to be equally confused today!
They believe they can have this 'Godly understanding' without the Bible...
an inner feeling, etc.
I Corinthians 2:12,13
Colossians 1:9
I Corinthians 13:8
In his day, the Spirit would show them what Paul was teaching and through
Paul, etc.
But His word is NOT confusing nor was it ever meant to be!
Psalm 119:116 - Uphold
me according unto thy word, that I may live: and let me not be ashamed
of my hope.
Psalm 119:130 - The
entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.
Today's Word of God
I Corinthians 13:10!
King James Bible 1611!
Not 90 AD, but in 1611.
Historically!
Doctrinally! - no contradictions
knowing dispensational application exposes error and false teachings, etc.
exposes the works of Satan/antichrist
Perfect - no more translating corrections / 'polishing,' etc.
Inerrant - without error
Infallible - incapable of error
Inspired
I Thessalonians 2:13b -
...ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word
of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.
Compare others, etc.!
II Corinthians 2:17 - For
we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity,
but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ.
Spiritually!
Fruit over time - past / present / future!
The hatred towards the KJB!
Even KJB guys still go to the Greek and Hebrew to prove their KJB.
Acts 17:5 -But
the Jews which believed not, moved with envy, took unto them certain lewd
fellows of the baser sort, and gathered a company, and set all the city
on an uproar, and assaulted the house of Jason, and sought to bring them
out to the people.
The Scriptures
II Timothy 3:16
Romans 15:14
Ephesians 1:13
All Scripture is FOR us, but not TO us!
II Timothy 2:15
Rightly divide instead of following profane and vain babblings...
If not...
Ephesians 4:17-21
Lost Gentile's worldly wisdom
I Timothy 6:20,21
err concerning the faith
II Timothy 2:16
lead to an increase in ungodliness
cause you to be ashamed
I Timothy 4:16
...in doing this thou shalt both save thyself,
and them that hear thee.
Great Commission was 'say.'
Great Commission of Paul is to do!
Philemon 1:6: That the communication
of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing
which is in you in Christ Jesus.
Colossians 2:4,8
And this I say, lest any man should beguile
you with enticing words. Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy
and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the
world, and not after Christ.
II Corinthians 11:1-4
Would to God ye could bear with me a little
in my folly: and indeed bear with me. For I am jealous over you with godly
jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you
as a chaste virgin to Christ. But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent
beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from
the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he that cometh preacheth another
Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which
ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye
might well bear with him.
These so-called 'contradictions' are 'contrasts.'
Pre-Moses / OT to NT / NT to Tribulation / Millennium to Eternity
Know where the OT ends and the NT begins!
Beyond Paul!
Rightly divide during Paul and today - I Corinthians
13:10
Rightly divide the 'to' even within the Epistles
to women / men / husbands / wives / pastors / deacons / young people /
church of God / Jews - Gentiles, etc.
