Able to prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God!

This one needs plenty of understanding and wisdom, so as not to destroy your own testimony and walk with God... but within the context of one's liberty in Christ, God will keep you happy even in those things that you know that you won't do, or will do - so you don't cause someone else to stumble with your 'meat' that you can chew fine.  Or, if he does particpate with something you know not to do, that you didn't throw the 'meat' at someone and possibly destroy the work of God. (vs 20).  Also see 14:7; 14:16; 14:21; 14:23.  If you can't do something in faith, than don't do it!

We can learn from the things writte aforetime, so we can have more hope through patience and comfort of the Scriptures.
