sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have
received, freely give.
Great Commission
Those signs that were to follow them during the Great Commission were
given to them 'freely.'
But not following the Great Commission, instead following Paul, we see
that these healings, gifts, etc. are not what is given to us 'freely' today.
Millennium/Eternity
We also see that in Revelation 21:6; 22:17,
we see that the water of life is given freely. That would be Millennial
/ Eternity application. |
Paul, showing God's way more perfectly, shows us what was given to
us 'freely'.
We certainly should see the difference between the OT Gospels and Paul's
epistles when it comes to singing the song 'Freely.'
Justified freely by his grace!

justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ
Jesus:
Freely gave all things!

Romans 8:32 -
He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall
he not with him also freely give us all things?
We can know what He has given us freely!

Word of the Lord have free course!
