| The apostles doctrine included healing. We see from reading Acts
5:11-6:15, that the apostles were truly reaping the proper results
from their carrying through of the Great Commission.
Mark 16:15-20 shows the 'results' of the apostles doctrine as they were to be taught in what many call the Great Commission. This was all preached and 'expected' as the Scriptures state, but it was all BEFORE Paul! Thus we see in today's Christianity teachings that are being taught in the wrong time of dispensation. These teachings do not match with Paul. See Galatians 1:6.

Keep in mind that in Paul's early ministry, he did heal!
Acts 14:8-10
Even in the final chapter, Paul was still healing. See Acts 28:3-9. But as we saw makes the firm statement that now it is all passed on to the Gentiles. Acts 28:28,29a. Be it known therefore unto you, that the salvation of God is sent unto the Gentiles, and that they will hear it. And when he had said these words, the Jews departed... Yet, in the latter times of his ministry, Paul was not able to heal anyone. I Timothy 5:23
Healing is done today! God can heal anyone anytime, but he will not confuse his teachings nor will he have to use any special person to do it through. Can the devil heal? Sure - why not. Are you not aware yet of all that he will be doing when it comes to signs, wonders, miracles, etc. That would certainly include healing, too. Read the Scriptures and know who is working in your life: the devil or the Lord! |
